At this time this website only reports on scores from tests that are reviewed at the British Psychological Society. Scores, comparatively, are indicators of a test's overall quality. The site is under development, and and may later include American Psychological Reviews. The Buros Institute for Mental Measurements is also referred to as needed.
Based on the overall assessment, a BPS rating from 1 to 30 is applied. Persons interested in further information should consult the the BPS Registered Test Reviews for a full review, or a free review summary, or contact me for a consultation, and I can consult with you and provide a report on a test strengths, weaknesses, applications, and potential legal ramifications, to determine if a test will meet your needs.
The British Psychological Society's 30-Star Rating System provides a score of up to five stars for each of six categories reviewed. Each category is awarded from 1 to 5 stars. The maximum number of stars that can be awarded for a test is 30. To see the six categories and BPS test rating design click here. The star rating is a small component of the test, and should not be used as a basis on which to make a decision on test use.
